Douglass Park Asset Management is a real estate investment firm focused on building and preserving quality workforce and affordable housing.
We invest in government-subsidized and non-subsidized multifamily residential housing, with units serving low-income and mixed-income residents. Formed in 2020, we are a minority-owned firm.

Our History
A LoNG-STANDiNG PARTNeRSHiP
Prior to launching Douglass Park Asset Management, Harrison Rayford and Kenneth Morrison were partners in the formation of Lemor Development Group in 2014. Together, they were responsible for more than $700 million in new construction and acquisition rehabilitation projects.
Lemor Development Group acquires, preserves, constructs and manages workforce and affordable properties utilizing Section 8 Housing Subsidies, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Mixed-Income Housing and Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH).
