Rousol Aribi is Senior Analyst of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Douglass Park Asset Management. She is responsible for working with the acquisitions and asset management teams to further the funds affordable housing mission, as well as supporting the Investor relations team. She primarily focuses on the intersection of development and planning, utilizing several affordable housing strategies to source multifamily investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Douglass Park, Ms. Aribi brought experience in architecture, development, and consulting. As a Morgan Stanley Fellow, Rousol worked on a new design concept with NYCHA that introduced passive house design to affordable housing in New York City. The project, located in Brooklyn NY, provided housing to seniors while also providing on-site needs to the residents and nearby communities. This project capitalized on her skills in architectural design and project management. Additionally, while at HR&A Advisors, Ms. Aribi worked on real estate rehab projects along the west coast.

Ms. Aribi holds a Master of Real Estate Development and a Masters of Urban Planning from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
