We invest in government-subsidized and non-subsidized multifamily residential housing, with units serving low-income and mixed-income residents. Formed in 2020, we are a minority-owned firm.

A LoNG-STANDiNG PARTNeRSHiP

Prior to launching Douglass Park Asset Management, Harrison Rayford was a partner in the formation of Lemor Development Group in 2014. Together, with his partner, they were responsible for more than $700 million in new construction and acquisition rehabilitation projects.

Lemor Development Group acquires, preserves, constructs and manages workforce and affordable properties utilizing Section 8 Housing Subsidies, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Mixed-Income Housing and Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH).
