Easton A. Bell III is an Associate of Acquisitions at Douglass Park Asset Management. He is responsible for deal sourcing, analysis, and closing processes of various affordable housing strategies nationwide, as well as other opportunistic deals that connect Douglass Park with MWBEs within the area.

As an Associate, Mr. Bell conducts market research, analyzes unique investment opportunities, and prepares financial models to support decision-making for the investment committee. Additionally, he analyzes economic, and market trends and assists in managing a strong pipeline of opportunities. At Douglass Park, Mr. Bell has assisted in the acquisition of two workforce housing properties in the Atlanta area with additional developmental potential, totaling 237 units.

Mr. Bell holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Bernard M. Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
