Harrison Rayford, II is the Managing Member and Co-Founder of Douglass Park Asset Management. He co-founded the firm in 2020 with the goal of expanding the availability of quality workforce and affordable housing. He is involved in equity raising, deal sourcing, investment decisions and crafting the vision of Douglass Park.

Prior to co-founding Douglass Park, Mr. Rayford played an integral role — along with his partner Kenneth Morrison — in the 2014 establishment of Lemor Development Group LLC, a vertically integrated real estate development firm. As a key driver in Lemor’s growth, Mr. Rayford has been the team lead on more than $700 million in development and acquisition rehab projects.

Prior to Lemor, Mr. Rayford spent two years with Time Square Development Group as a development associate. He was also a partner in the development of residential subdivisions in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Rayford serves on the Board of Trustees of the Abyssinian Baptist Church, Island Inn Trust, and the Harlem Restoration Project. He is also a member of the Real Estate Executive Council. He has been a presenter at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Mr. Rayford holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Morehouse College.
